What categories work?
Anything a barber, stylist, esthetician, lash artist, or nail tech actually uses on the job — pomades, oils, beard care, clippers + accessories, hair color, capes, tools, edge care, skincare, lashes, nail systems. We do not list rx-only items or anything controlled.
What's the cut?
8% platform fee on the product subtotal (no fee on shipping). Stripe processing fees (~2.9% + 30¢) on top, like any e-commerce platform.
Do I have to ship myself?
Yes — we don't operate a fulfillment center. You ship from your warehouse / 3PL using your preferred carrier. We handle order workflow, tracking, and customer communication.
Wholesale to pros?
If you want to offer a pro-only wholesale tier, flag the wholesale_available toggle and we'll surface it inside the provider dashboard at the price point you set.
What if a chargeback comes in?
Our dispute team handles the response. We pull order history, tracking numbers, and conversation logs into a unified packet for the bank. You can opt out of disputes you don't want to fight.

Apply through the app. We verify business identity via Stripe Connect (~10 minutes) and review your first three listings before going live (~48 hours).
