Find a vetted pro nearby

Open the map. Browse pros by category, filter by Top-rated or Fastest. Every pro has a portfolio, real ratings, and a verified ID.

Recent searches stick around so you don't have to remember their @handle. Tap a pin to see prices, services, and earliest availability.

Pick a slot, add extras, pay deposit

Their calendar is real-time. Choose your service, add any extras (beard, hot towel, edge-up), pick where (your place or theirs), tap pay.

Cancellation window and deposit % are shown on the review screen — no surprise fees buried in fine print. Apple Pay or saved card.

Track them en route

Push notification when they accept. Map view with live ETA the moment they tap En Route. Built-in chat if you need to redirect them.

Trusted-contact share lets you send the live tracking link to a friend. If your phone goes offline mid-appointment, the last known ETA stays visible.

Pro taps Completed when the work's done. The full payment runs (deposit + remainder). Tip from the same screen — 100% of it goes to your pro.

Receipt lands in your email. Review the pro from the booking history when you're ready. Rebook with one tap.

Deposits

Most services capture a small deposit at booking — typically 10–20%. The rest runs only after the work's complete. If your pro cancels or no-shows, the deposit is refunded automatically.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to the pro's policy window (usually 24 hours before). After that, the deposit is forfeited. The rules are shown on the booking review screen — never hidden.

Refunds

Refunds land on the original card in 3–10 business days. The cancel screen reminds you of this so you're not refreshing your bank app.

Disputes

If something goes wrong, open a dispute from the booking. A human reviews both sides. Most cases resolve in 48 hours, often with a partial refund or rebook credit.
